Can someone explain the deal with softball bats?
Why there are legal and illegal bats based on different levels of competition. What are the best bats for D comp?
They are not really based on levels of competition, but by different governing associations. ASA has the most comprehesive bat testing procedures, and many orginizations use their standards. The standards are in effect to try and keep players safe, and alive!
