Adult birthday party themes allow for endless ideas. Theme party ideas rarely have a limit to them, so they can be just about anything that you can think of. Depending when the party is, you could follow a seasonal motif. Other options you might choose could be the birthday person's favorite sport, such as baseball, football, hockey or soccer, to name just a few. One couple came up with a unique idea for a party for their friend. They showed up at his house to drive their friend to the airport. On entering the house, his wife was shocked by the mess. They jokingly told their friend that he needed a wife. The friend looked at the mess and replied that one woman could never handle it all; he would need a harem to make a dent in the mess he had. When the time came for his birthday, guests dressed up like members of a harem and showed up at his house, bringing the party to him. It turned out to be a good surprise party for him, as well as a house cleaning birthday party.
Friends are special, so most will want to throw them adult birthday party themes that would best suit them. In another situation, a person was asked what kind of a party he always wanted. He answered that since he had been a teen, he always wanted a pool party. He had no idea why his friend had asked. It was the middle of winter and no one they knew had a pool anyway. So his friends got together and made some palm trees, bought a small inflatable pool for children and everyone wore bathing suits. The party was a great success. Things don't have to be perfect. What you need are good friends to make the attempt. In the end, being together and having a great time is what's important.
