Any Anti-Bullying Groups I can join?
5-6 months ago, I've experienced horrible treatment at my high school (I'm now going to college) just because I left this guy who didn't treat me right. The ex and his friends ignored me, talk bad stuff on me, stare at me, made sure I knew how happy he was without me and how he is having sex with everyone now, etc. Even one went as far as posing as a man who "found me on craigslist for casual encounters" and thought I was really hot, and I felt so scared because I really thought my personal information was posted on the internet.
But even after all of that, I still went to school, worked hard, and graduated. It was tough because when my name was called up to get my diploma, none of the people I knew clapped.
I live in Easton, Pennsylvannia and I am 18 years old. Even though the whole thing is over, I am still depressed and shaken up over it. Is there any support groups I can join? This experience still leaves me weak and very sad. Thank you.
Starting your own group is not a good idea. At least not now. To start a group like that you need ALOT of expirience. Saying 'Tell someone like a teacher or your parents' will do sh!t.
I think that if you're still shaken up by it, you should try to research for some bulling stories. I'll give you one. This happened last year in Poland, quite close to the town I used to live in. In school there was a girl. Her name was Anne. She really liked this guy, and one day she asked him. He laughed at her. When they were in class, the teacher left for couple of minutes. Him and his friends litterally raped the girl in front of everyone else. And no one wanted to help her. Couple of days later she commited a suicide because she was embarassed.
That's a real story. Just do some more research. It will show you that even your accident was bad, there were worst ones. You'll get up from it, trust me. It worked for alot of people.
