Practice Baseball
Today at baseball practice my whole body fell on top of my left arm, my arm was numb for the first 5 minutes.?
After that my arm started to hurt a lot. I couldnt swing the bat or throw. I know its not broken cause i can move it fine. How long will it it take to heal.

To explain the numbness, you probably ticked off a nerve when you fell. I was playing racket ball once and someone served the ball right into the back of my arm (I never played with him again - duh), I couldn't feel my arm for over 30 min.
Other than that, you need to get it X-rayed. It is possible to have a fracture that does not interfere with movement. The doctor can decide if it is a break, a sprain, or a torn ligament or tendon.
