University of Phoenix Pro Rata Refund?
I went to Axia of University of Phoenix from August until November 7, 2008. I withdrew because of the lack of quality in the education offered, and in the Student Catalog, it says I am eligible to receive a 30 day pro rata refund in Ohio to be refunded tuition from any weeks not attended. I attended two weeks out of nine, and should be refunded seven weeks worth of class tuition based on the catalog. It has now been 45 days, and I have not received a refund.
What can I do to ensure I receive the pro rata tuition that I am owed from weeks 3-9? I have tried to find laws concerning the pro rata refunds in Ohio and cannot find anything. Any help would be tremendously appreciated!
