Virus Softball
i really need help......please?
ok well i have been home sick for a while with a virus and softball season is coming up and i want to get my body in shape while im at home.....can anyone give me some really and i mean really god excercises that i can do in the house to slim my body down and get tone??? please i really need your help (no mean answers please and thankyou : )
If you've been sick with a virus,... be patient!...
Wait until you're completely over your illness!... If you try to rush your getting back in shape, you simply prolong your recovery time (you'll be sick for a longer period of time)! And, you make yourself susceptible to quickly getting sick again!... Your body is focusing on fighting off an infection.... Let it do it is job!!!...
Once, you're ready to be active again, try getting a hold of a tae-bo exercise video, or something along those lines.... Kick boxing is an excellent way to get in shape and it uses a lot of the same "trunk twist" motions that you use while throwing a ball or swinging a bat!...
