As of the time of this writing, both children and adults are into the craze of using quad bike either for fun or for personal use. For teenagers that are 16 years of age, a motor which is more than 90 cc is suitable.
Lots of mini quad bike are available with automatic two speed transmission, or often three speed transmission. There are some good models that can come with auto-clutch which simply mean that there's no clutch lever but there is still the need to use the left foot to shift gears just like how the adult ATV functions. Although this feature is excellent for youths, smaller kids would still want one with auto transmission since it gives them an ease in use.
When it comes to break, the drum brakes are employed on the front and rear. Nonetheless, there are some models that are created with upgraded discs on the front and rear ends which is of course better.
When taking for consideration the floorboards, its important not to go with mini quad bike that doesn't has one. This is for the reason that you want to have your children's feet protected all the time from the incident of being caught in the wheel.
